Arcseer
Who we're looking for

Selective by design.

We are selective by design. Arcseer is built for individuals who have invested seriously in their craft — whether in security research, exploitation, systems engineering, or applied AI. The work demands more than familiarity with tools or frameworks; it requires judgement, discipline, and the ability to reason about complex systems under real-world constraints.

Much of what we do reflects the expectations of organisations operating at scale, where failure has material consequences. We value people who take ownership of problems, who are comfortable with ambiguity, and who hold themselves to a higher standard than is typically required.

"This is not an environment optimised for comfort or speed alone, but for those who want to do work that will endure scrutiny and deliver meaningful impact."

We're looking for a progressive, hands-on People Operations Manager to help build and scale our people function from the ground up. This is a true generalist role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about creating a high-performing, people-first culture.

As our People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience as we grow. This is not a siloed HR role – you will be a jack-of-all-trades, owning everything from hiring and onboarding to culture, performance, and compliance.

In an early-stage environment, priorities will evolve quickly, so adaptability, pragmatism, and sound judgement are critical. You will partner closely with leadership to design and implement scalable people practices while also rolling up your sleeves to execute day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and refining hiring processes to attract high-quality talent
  • Designing onboarding experiences that set employees up for success
  • Supporting managers with performance management and development frameworks
  • Establishing core people policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Driving employee engagement, culture, and internal communication initiatives
  • Managing HR operations including contracts, benefits, and employee records
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related decisions

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy working across a broad range of people topics rather than specialising in one area
  • Are comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure
  • Take ownership and execute with a bias for action
  • Balance empathy with commercial awareness
  • Are motivated by building something from scratch and seeing it scale

This is an opportunity to define the people function in a growing company and have a meaningful impact on how we hire, develop, and support our team.

A hands-on Finance Director role for a commercially minded leader who can build and run the finance function in a fast-growing start-up. Responsible for both strategic financial leadership and day-to-day execution.

As Finance Director, you will take ownership of the finance function in a growing, early-stage business. This is a highly hands-on role – you will be as comfortable building financial models and managing cash flow as you are setting financial strategy and supporting leadership decision-making.

You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure strong financial discipline, clear visibility of performance, and a scalable foundation for growth. In the early stages, this role will span everything from core financial operations through to strategic planning, requiring pragmatism, ownership, and a bias for action.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the end-to-end finance function, from day-to-day operations to strategic planning
  • Managing cash flow, forecasting, and financial modelling to support growth
  • Preparing management accounts, budgets, and board-level reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Establishing and improving financial processes, controls, and systems
  • Supporting commercial decision-making with clear financial insight
  • Managing external relationships (e.g. accountants, auditors, tax advisors)
  • Preparing the business for future scale, including potential fundraising or investment activity

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience operating in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Are comfortable switching between strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Take ownership and are willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Have strong commercial awareness and can partner effectively with leadership
  • Are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Have excellent attention to detail alongside the ability to see the bigger picture

This is an opportunity to shape the financial foundations of a growing company, with significant influence over both day-to-day operations and long-term direction.
